How We Think About Fit

We acquire companies where the combination is better than the sum of the parts. That means sites with real expertise in coiling, stamping, wire forming, deep-drawn components, or adjacent technologies that strengthen our global platform.

We set a high bar. Not every opportunity is the right one. When we do move forward, it’s because we believe in the business, the team, and the long-term potential.

What Happens After Close

Our model is harmonization, not standardization. We align on systems and share knowledge across our global network, while respecting the operational expertise that makes each site successful. Every business we acquire has earned its reputation for a reason. Our job is to build on that foundation, invest in it, and connect it to a broader platform that creates opportunities that didn’t exist before.

What we bring is a platform built on three pillars. Our global platform means acquired businesses can serve their customers wherever they need them. Our commercial excellence program opens new customer relationships and deepens existing ones through dedicated business development reach. And our operational excellence discipline brings shared best practices, disciplined capital investment, and continuous improvement without disrupting what already works on the shop floor.

Our people are the business. We keep operational leadership in place, invest in development at every level, and promote from within acquired teams. The people who built the business are the ones best positioned to grow it.
