- High‑speed progressive presses: BRUDERER, 20–80 metric tons
- Fineblanking presses: Feintool, 40–250 metric tons; fineblanking capability up to 700 tons
- Standard stamping lines: ~50–550 tons
- Press range: 5–440 tons; bed sizes up to 120″; speeds up to 300 SPM
- Advanced controls: die protection, real‑time data collection, SPC, in‑process self‑inspection
Our in‑house tool & die team uses standardized tooling concepts and premium die materials (A2, D2, carbide, high‑speed steel) to maximize uptime, precision, and service life – enabling quick response to design changes or wear without risking quality or delivery.
