Founded in 1947 in Morton Grove, Illinois, Sko-Die joined AMFT in May 2025. Sko‑Die is a trusted leader in heavy-gauge metal stamping, custom electrical steel laminations, and precision die and tooling design. We serve demanding industries – aerospace, defense, power generation, medical, consumer products, and energy – offering mission-critical manufacturing solutions supported by engineering-driven service.

Housed in over 70,000 square feet just north of Chicago, Sko-Die’s manufacturing facility provides complete metal stamping services that include:

- Ranging from 5 to 440-ton capacity, up to 120″ wide bed size and up to 300 SPM
- One tandem line of 300-ton presses with servo.
In-House Tool Room

- Advanced CNC, EDM, and grinding capabilities – handling tools up to 96′ in length in a single pass
